In the spring of 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a group of ministers gathered together to form as a group. Our purpose was to identify urgent community issues and to connect with those in our community who were engaged in helping to make the Buckeye-Woodhill community a great place to live, work and serve.

Meetings were held via Zoom to discuss our vision and mission and to select a logo for our group.  The following positions were established and filled to meet the needs of the organization as follows:

• Chairperson: Pastor Clarence W. Hall, Jr; Morning Star Baptist Church

• Secretary: Pastor Ernest Fields; Calvary Hill Church of God in Christ

• Treasure: Pastor Robert Willard; The Meeting Place
